Refund Policy

At GFASTSCRAPER, we are committed to providing reliable and high-quality business data extraction services. We understand that issues may occasionally arise, and we have established this refund policy to ensure fair treatment for all our customers.

Refund Eligibility

Technical Issues: If our system fails to extract business data due to technical problems on our end, you are eligible for a refund. This includes server errors, system outages, or other technical malfunctions that prevent the delivery of the requested data.
Incomplete Data: If the data extracted is significantly incomplete compared to what was requested (missing more than 25% of the expected fields), you may be eligible for a partial refund proportional to the missing data.
Non-Refundable Scenarios: Refunds will not be issued if:
  • You are dissatisfied with the quality or relevance of the data that was accurately extracted
  • You change your mind about needing the data after it has been successfully extracted
  • You provided incorrect search parameters (categories, location, etc.)
  • The requested business listings do not exist in the specified location

Refund Process

For eligible refund requests, we offer two options:

Account Credits: We will credit your account with the equivalent number of credits for the affected data extraction. These credits can be used for future data extraction requests.
Monetary Refund: In certain cases, we may process a monetary refund to your original payment method. This is handled on a case-by-case basis and typically applies to significant technical failures.

Refund Request Timeframe

All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the data extraction. Requests submitted after this period will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis but are not guaranteed to be approved.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please provide the following information:

Your account username and email address
Date and time of the data extraction
CSV file ID or filename
Detailed description of the issue encountered
Screenshots or other evidence of the issue (if applicable)
