Thank you for using GFASTSCRAPER. These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our Google Maps business data extraction services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all terms incorporated by reference.

1. Service Description

GFASTSCRAPER provides users with a platform to extract business listing data from Google Maps based on specified categories and locations. Our service allows you to:

• Search for businesses by category and location
• Extract business information including names, addresses, phone numbers, websites, and more
• Download the extracted data in CSV format for your use

2. User Accounts

To use our services, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
• Update your information as necessary to keep it current
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be solely responsible for all activities conducted through your account

3. Use of the Service

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for the search parameters you provide and the data you extract. Any misuse of the service, including but not limited to:

• Attempting to overload or disrupt our servers or networks
• Using automated scripts to access our service beyond reasonable usage limits
• Extracting data for illegal purposes or in violation of any applicable laws
• Redistributing or reselling the raw extracted data without processing or adding value

May result in suspension or termination of your account without refund.

4. Payments and Credits

All payments for the service are made in the form of credits. Credits can be purchased and then used to extract business data. Each business listing extracted consumes one credit from your account. Once credits are utilized, they are deemed consumed and cannot be reclaimed, except in the case of a valid refund claim due to technical issues as mentioned in our Refund Policy.

5. Refund Policy

We maintain a clear refund policy. Refunds are only provided for technical issues or errors in data extraction. Refunds will be processed by crediting the respective amount back to the user's account in the form of credits, or in certain cases, as a monetary refund to the original payment method. 6. Data Usage and Privacy

You are solely responsible for how you use the data extracted through our service. You agree to:

• Comply with all applicable laws regarding the use of the extracted data
• Respect the privacy and rights of the businesses whose information you extract
• Not use the data for spam, harassment, or any illegal activities

We do not store the data you extract beyond what is necessary to provide the service to you. The CSV files generated are available for download for a limited time, after which they may be deleted from our servers.

7. Liability

GFASTSCRAPER is not responsible for:

• The accuracy or completeness of the data extracted from Google Maps
• Any changes to Google Maps that may affect our ability to extract data
• The end-use of the extracted data by users
• Any business decisions made based on the extracted data

Our service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GFASTSCRAPER shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use our service
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our service
• Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our service

9. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to change, modify, or revise these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website, and you waive any right you may have to receive specific notice of such changes. Your continued use of our service will confirm your acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Pricing Changes

GFASTSCRAPER reserves the right to modify, change, or adjust its pricing structure at any time without prior notice. By continuing to use our services after such changes take effect, you agree to be bound by the revised pricing structure.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
